Business Park Dalmatia is one of the largest business parks in Croatia and Dalmatia region as well. The Park boasts a prime business microlocation, situated only 11 km from the city of Split.

Most recently the leading regional supermarket chain Tommy acquired 80.000 sq meters at the north east part of Business Park Dalmatia for their logistic and distribution center with construction planned to start 2020.

This location provides excellent traffic connections to all other major coastal towns and cities, as well as to neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Within this established and well known commercial location there are alkready more then 180 companies employing more than 3200 people. The Podi West Business Zone, the largest development section of the Dugopolje Business Zone, where the BPD is located, is laid on the western side of the state road D1 dual carriageway, and only few hundred metres from junction Dugopolje on the A1 Motorway.
